Copycat In-n-Out Animal Style Fries

Ingredients:
2 x serves @potato_utopia fries
1 brown onion
5 small chopped pickles
3 cheese slices
Sauce ingredients

1.5 tbsp whole egg mayo
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp mustard
1 tbsp pickle jar juice
Pinch of garlic powder and cayenne pepper

Method:
1. Cook fries to packet instructions
2. Dice onion and caramelise in a pan for 15 minutes
3. Mix all the sauce ingredients together
4. Top the fries with cheese and put in the microwave for 1 minute or until the cheese has melted.
5. Cover the fries with the sauce and caramelised onions
