Edita's Viral Fish Burger Just Got a Cheesy Little Upgrade

When Two Melbourne Favourites Joined Forces

Some collabs make sense on paper. This one made sense in the first bite.

We teamed up with Edita's Melbourne for a limited-edition fish burger unlike anything we've done before. Edita's beautifully cooked fish, stacked with our indulgent Four Cheese Gratin, layered into one seriously good burger. To celebrate, we gave away 100 of these burgers completely free to the first customers through the door.

At the heart of the collab was our Four Cheese Gratin - rich, creamy and loaded with a our signature four cheese gratin. Instead of serving it the traditional way, we reimagined it as a burger topping, melting it straight into Edita's fish burger for a crispy, cheesy, completely indulgent twist on a Melbourne classic.

It's the kind of flavour pairing that sounds unexpected until you try it. Crispy fish, molten cheese, and that unmistakable Four Cheese Gratin creaminess tying it all together.

Judging by how quickly they disappeared, the combo landed exactly as we'd hoped.
