Launching Our New Gratin Flavours with Elevated Canapés

At Potato Utopia, we’re all about bringing people together over really good food, and this launch was exactly that.

To celebrate our newest potato gratin flavours, we hosted an intimate event where everything centred around sharing, trying something new, and giving our gratins their moment. Served canapé-style, each bite was designed to show just how versatile (and indulgent) gratin can be.

The canapé menu featured:

  • Caviar, crème fraîche, chive, on our Parmesan & Black Pepper potato gratin

  • LP’s mortadella, black pepper, pecorino, on our Mozzarella & Hot Honey potato gratin

  • Truffle, buffalo mozzarella, on our Mozzarella & Hot Honey potato gratin

  • Bluefin tuna, wasabi, avocado, shiso leaf

  • Wagyu, horseradish, witlof, cured egg yolk

Shared plates, empty dishes, and people going back for more.

Our newest flavours, Mozzarella, Hot Honey & Parmesan and Parmesan & Black Pepper — are now available at Woolworths, joining our original Four Cheese gratin on shelves and ready to be enjoyed at home.
