Christmas Ham Potato Bake

Ingredients (Serves 4):

• 400ml thickened cream
• 1 tsp each: salt, minced garlic, paprika, dried coriander
• 2 packets Potato Utopia Four Cheese Gratin
• 1 punnet mini tomatoes
• 1 cup ham, diced
• 2 cups mozzarella cheese
• Spring onion (to serve)
  
  

Method:

1. In an ovenproof dish, combine thickened cream, salt, minced garlic, paprika and dried coriander
2. Add the Potato Utopia Four Cheese Gratin and top with the mini tomatoes and ham.
3. Cover with foil and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes
4. Remove the foil, sprinkle with extra cheese, and grill until golden and crispy.
5. Top with fresh spring onion and serve.
