The Volcano Gratin
Meet the Volcano Gratin
Crispy bacon on the outside, sliced potato and molten cheese erupting on the inside…
Ingredients:
- 4 Potato Utopia Four Cheese Gratins
- 4 strips streaky bacon
- 2 tbsp light sour cream
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella (divided)
- Salt + pepper
- Hot sauce
- Spring onions, sliced
Method:
Air-fry the gratins at 180°C for 10 minutes.
Remove, wrap each one in streaky bacon, and secure with toothpicks.
Mix sour cream, half the mozzarella, salt and pepper.
Spoon the cheesy mix over each gratin, then top with the remaining mozzarella.
Air-fry again for 12 minutes until the bacon is crisp and the tops are molten.
Remove toothpicks, drizzle with hot sauce, finish with spring onions, and serve immediately.
