There are five products in our range that do not contain gluten, and, through risk assessment, there is also very low risk of gluten cross-contamination.

These products are:

Steakhouse Fries Rustic ‘Skin On’ Fries
Crispy Seasoned Fries
Rosemary & Sea Salt Fries
Parmesan, Garlic & Basil Fries

Please note, we don’t call our products ‘gluten-free’ on the pack as we do not test each batch for gluten level.

The dextrose used in our products may be sourced from either maize (corn) or wheat. When wheat and gluten are declared as allergens on the packaging, it means the dextrose is wheat-derived.

While dextrose is generally considered gluten free due to extensive processing, Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) does not provide an exemption from allergen labelling for dextrose. As a result, wheat and gluten must still be declared if the dextrose is sourced from wheat.
