Jason’s our CEO, and brings a wealth of experience building many successful FMCG businesses. When he's not leading the Potato Utopia charge to deliver the world's best frozen potato gratin, you'll find him in the gym, out for a run, or kicking the footy with his 3 kids. A big believer in balance, Jason carves out time every morning to meditate — keeping his mind as strong as his drive to deliver the best products. 

Steve Wallace

Steve is Co-Founder at Potato Utopia & leads Sales. With 15 years in the potato industry—including market research and store visits across the globe—he knows what good looks like. After travelling through 80+ countries, Steve set out to build a brand that makes dinner delicious, easy, and joyful. Through no-prep, no-mess potato meals, he’s helping Aussies reclaim their evenings and enjoy restaurant-quality dinners—without the work.

Stuart Diamond

Stu’s the CMO behind Potato Utopia, turning frozen potatoes into something worth getting excited about. Based in Melbourne with two kids and a strong appreciation for good food done well, he’s on a mission to make every meal a bit more exciting: whether it’s a weeknight steak with fries or a Sunday roast with decadent gratins. When he’s not building brands, you’ll find him at the gym, playing sport, or chasing his kids around on the footy oval.

Joyce Chang

Joyce is our Chief Financial Officer and focuses on the essentials — solid finances, clear plans and a healthy respect for good food.  She’s proud to support a business built on great ideas and isn’t ashamed to admit she’s probably responsible for half the gratin sales herself. When she’s not helping things run smoothly, Joyce enjoys family adventures (with 3 kids in tow), good meals with friends (whether entertaining at home or out), and watching her footy team win (Western Bulldogs).
