OVEN
1. Preheat oven. Conventional to 220°C, or fan forced to 200°C.
2. Place the frozen duck fat potatoes across a single layer on a lined baking tray and bake for approx. 26 - 28 minutes.
AIRFRYER
1. Preheat airfyer to 200°C.
2. Fill basket the frozen fries across a single layer and cook for approx. 20 - 22 minutes.
Caution: Product must be cooked prior to consumption. Product will be very hot after cooking.
