Cheesy Salmon Potato Bake
Simple, comforting and perfect for nights when you want something hearty without the fuss.
Ingredients (Serves 4):
- 500ml thickened cream

1 tsp each: Dijon mustard, finely chopped dill, minced garlic
- 1 packet Potato Utopia Four Cheese Gratin
- 4 pieces salmon
- 1 punnet mini tomatoes
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- Dill (to serve)
Method:
- In an ovenproof dish, combine thickened cream, Dijon mustard, finely chopped dill, and minced garlic.
- Add the Potato Utopia Four Cheese Gratin and arrange the salmon portions evenly around the dish. Add the mini tomatoes.
- Cover with foil and bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes, until the salmon is just cooked through.
- Remove the foil, sprinkle with extra cheese, and grill until golden and crispy.
