Cheesy Salmon Potato Bake

Simple, comforting and perfect for nights when you want something hearty without the fuss.


Ingredients (Serves 4):

  • 500ml thickened cream
  • 1 tsp each: Dijon mustard, finely chopped dill, minced garlic
  • 1 packet Potato Utopia Four Cheese Gratin
  • 4 pieces salmon
  • 1 punnet mini tomatoes
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • Dill (to serve)

Method:

  • In an ovenproof dish, combine thickened cream, Dijon mustard, finely chopped dill, and minced garlic.
  • Add the Potato Utopia Four Cheese Gratin and arrange the salmon portions evenly around the dish. Add the mini tomatoes.
  • Cover with foil and bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes, until the salmon is just cooked through.
  • Remove the foil, sprinkle with extra cheese, and grill until golden and crispy.
  • Top with fresh dill and serve.
