Tuna Tartare Gratin
Tuna tartare gratin
A match made in heaven. Sophie Fisher uses our Potato Utopia Four Cheese Gratin for the perfect creamy base.
Tartare Ingredients:
- 180g tuna, finely chopped to a paste
- 3 tbsp chives, finely chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Zest 1/2 a lemon
- Squeeze of lemon juice
- 80g baby capers
- 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Method:
Cook gratin in air fryer according to packet instructions. Meanwhile, in a bowl place the tuna tartare ingredients and mix well. Smear 1/2 tbsp of mayo on each gratin. Top with tuna and neatly pipe remaining on each.
