Crispy Hash Brown Pizza's
We all know the best thing about pizza is the crispy base and stringy cheese. We've experimented with our crispy hash browns and turned them into mini pizzas! This mouth-watering combination is the perfect bite-size snack or entertaining dish.
Serves 3
Ingredients:
- 6 Potato Utopia Hash Browns
- 6 tsp tomato paste
- 80g grated pizza cheese
- 4 pepperoni slices cut into quarters
- 1/4 cup loose parsley finely chopped
Method:
- Cook hash browns as per packet instructions
- Top each hash brown evenly with tomato paste, cheese & pepperoni. Place under the grill for approx. 3-4 minutes or until cheese is browned
- Remove from the oven and top with fresh parsley
