Fish Pie

This Fish, Prawn & Cheesy Potato Pot pie is the ultimate hack for any night. Our cheesy gratins the perfect base to make this classic without the fuss but all the flavour!

4 pieces Four Cheese Gratins
200g diced salmon
200g diced white fish
150g diced prawns

Large handful flat leaf parsley, roughly chopped
Handful dill, roughly chopped
Zest 1 lemon
Salt & pepper
1 30cm sheet puff pastry
1 egg yolk

Method

Preheat oven to 220C.
Defrost the Gratins and mix with a fork.
Add the diced seafood, herbs, lemon zest and a decent seasoning of salt & pepper.
Spoon into a 28cm round baking dish and cover with the puff pastry, pressing it over the edges to seal.
Brush the pastry with the egg yolk and pierce 3-4 times with a small, sharp knife to let the steam escape.
Bake for approx. 25 minutes until the pastry is crisp and golden.
